Processing Time

All orders are custom-made to your specifications. Please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for production after your order is placed
  • Processing time begins after payment is confirmed
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships

Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days 
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1-5 business days 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $35 within the United States

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states. Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been produced and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

International Shipping

We currently ship to US territory only. If you want to place an order and are outside of USA contact me stickons@gmail.com International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country
  • International orders may take 2-4 weeks for delivery
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

We currently only ship within the United States (Please contact us If you want to place order outside of USA at stickons@gmail.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Regular shipping does not include tracking. If you upgrade shipping you can track your package using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
  • Damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at stickons@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated shipping times, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume during peak seasons
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
